The company was founded in 1991, by public subscription; and since 1996 it has been listed on the Romanian Bucharest Stock Exchange.
In 2006 the company shares were promoted to the 1st category of the Stock Exchange, the company thus becoming the first representative of the real estate development and construction area. The main activity of the company was, until 1995, the lease and maintenance of luxury villas in residential and central areas of Bucharest.
In 1995 IMPACT S.A. Developer & Contractor introduced, on the Romanian market, the concept of 'residential compound' when we started building the ALFA compound. During its 17 years of existence, the company registered numerous successes:
- 18 residential compounds
- an A-class 13,236 square meter business centre (office spaces)
- over 2,500 houses built at Occidental quality standards
- over 100 awards and prizes obtained so far
- nationwide expansion: Bucharest, Constanţa, Oradea, Ploieşti, Cluj
