Key Account Manager

Your Role: To develop strategic partnerships by identifying and implementing strategies for the grow of key clients funded volumes.

Specific responsibilities will include:

  • Responsible for corporate customers and day to day management of activities;
  • Generate and close sales opportunities with major clients;
  • Build and maintaining strong professional relationships with the prospective Key Accounts entities;
  • Identify client needs, track and monitor issues, develop and draws down customized offers
  • Develop and maintain excellent relationships with your customers in order to generate new business opportunities;
  • Identify sales opportunities, proactively promoting and negotiating contracts with key decision makers;
  • Prepare presentations, offers and sales contracts;
  • Work closely with other areas of the business, for example marketing, public relations etc to produce and utilizes suitable information to promote sales in the local market
  • Collect information about market and competition, analyze them and take actions
  • Active participating in company sales meetings, providing regular market feedback etc

Requirements for this position include, but are not limited to:

  • University degree
  • Relevant experience of direct sales - minimum 3 years; key account experience is an advantage
  • Proficient in English; knowledge of French is a plus;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to multi-task;
  • Business apperence
  • Presentation and strong negotiation skills is a must;
  • Excellent interpersonal abilities with outstanding customer service;
  • Ability of developing strong business relationships;
  • Effective time management skills;
  • knowledge of CRM software preferred;
  • Driving license B.
