IMPACT Developer&Construct S.A. is a privatly-owned real estate developer, active in the integrated mixed development area.
The company was incorporated in 1991, by public subscription; and has been listed on the Bucharest Stock Exchange since 1996.
In 2006, the company shares were moved to tier I on the Stock Exchange, thus becoming the first representative of the real estate and constructions area. Until 1995, the company's main activity has been leasing and providing maintenance for luxury villas in residential and central areas of Bucharest.
In 1995, IMPACT S.A. Developer & Contractor introduced the concept of "residential compound" on the Romanian market, when it started the ALFA compound project. During its 17-year activity, the company has recorded numerous highlights:
- 16 residential compounds
- an 8000 sqm class A business center (office spaces)
- over 2,000 housing units built in compliance with Western quality standards
- over 100 awards obtained
- national expansion in Bucharest, Constanţa, Oradea, Ploieşti
