In November 2007 there was approved the company's share consolidation. The number of shares was reduced from 2 bil shares to 200 mil shares, and the share value increased from 0.1 RON/share to 1 RON/share.
In 2008 the company income increased with 40% due to the operational income growth. The operating income recorded a 47% growth compared to 2007, due to a bigger volume of dwellings delivered, and the operating expenses recorded a 54% growth compared with 2007.
