Policy statement for quality, environment, health and job safety.
The mission of IMPACT is to turn into reality the clients' real estate dreams through the employees' professionalism which is continually developing, thus fulfilling the investment expectancies of the shareholders.
The strategic objective consists in the development of the integrated management system, at top company level, and the certification of this status through national and regional business excellence awards.
The policy established by IMPACT SA is characterized by the following principles:
- Increasing client satisfaction, by fulfilling and even exceeding their requests, together with the minimization of the effects on the environment and exploitation of natural resources within the product and services performance processes.
- Efficient collaboration and communication with the authorities, clients, employees, shareholders and all the other interested parties.
- The conformity of all the activities with the legal and regulating requirements in force, as well as with other requirements governing the company in the field of construction quality, concerning its environment issues and according to the own health and job safety risks, as well as with any other requirements governing the company.
- The continuous improvement of internal processes, of the quality of the management activity on all the levels, of the health and job safety management and of the health and job safety performances, through the professional development of the employees and the permanent orientation towards meeting the requirements of the parties concerned.
- Increasing the environmental performances and pollution prevention through the reduction and even elimination of the significant impact resulting from the products or services performed by the company.
- The prevention of professional injuries and diseases, the improvement of working conditions emphasizing the avoidance, evaluation and fighting of the risks of accidents and professional diseases.
- The development of strategic partnerships with the suppliers which contributes to the quality increase of products and services and to the reduction of the environmental impact.
- The implication of all the employees in the maintenance and development of the integrated management system, based on the power of the example of the leaders - process owners.
The company development and concern for excellence, the orientation of the organizational culture towards top performances generate the necessity for the recruitment of the best specialists and also for the permanent training of all the personnel, directed towards the increase of the professional level, the acknowledgement of the quality and the influence which the own activity has on the quality, of the necessity to improve environmental performances.
