Impact Developer&Contractor is an important community player, organizing coherent actions of social and sportive sponsorships and donations. The company approaches community involvement in cooperation with several partner foundations and also with public institutions and sports federations.
This is the only way to create real value today, and thus to support sustainable development of tomorrow's projects. The aim is to make sure than any action, organized by Impact directly or supported by it, reaches its objectives and maintains the results on a long term and in a sustainable fashion. One example in this respect is the support for non-governmental organizations.
It it certain that some organizations and CSR projects occured and continue to occur due to urgent temporary needs. Either we admit it or not, the fact is that we all want to make a lasting contribution in all aspects of our existence.
In order to achieve real success, any company has to develop, both by growing as a business and by helping its community grow. Impact wants to create a trustworthy environment for employees, shareholders, clients and community.
The company focuses its attention on three major areas:

Education and Culture
Impact supports young people, eager to jump-start their professional careers, through its internships. The company provides students with the opportunity to accumulate experience in the areas of:
- constructions
- marketing
- human resources
- finances and accountancy
In order to support the development of young people, the company donated computers to teenagers with limited financial resources. Also, Impact supports the initiatives of student associations with its material and human resources.
Community
Its area of activity allowed the company to donate building materials to flood victims in various regions of the country. In order to support the development of the Romanian people, the company makes regular donation to orphanages.
Employee development
Impacts holds periodic training sessions in order to contribute to the employees' individual development. For the consolidation of professional relationships, each member of the Impact team may suggest a social cause that the company may get involved in.
