Fast ‘First Home’ implementation solutions from Impact

Impact Developer & Contractor has launched two new housing solutions addressed to customers eligible for the 'First Home' program.
The two new solutions come with additional benefits such as the option to move into the new home within 48 hours and pay for it within nine months, the reservation of the property for longer than the standard period and qualified assistance in obtaining a bank loan faster.
'The First Home 90' (including the reservation of the property for a maximum period of 90 days) gives the security of choice and zero repayment risk. The customer can reserve the home he/she likes for a period of up to 90 days (the double of the standard reservation time), when the 'First Home' loan application phases can be covered.
'First Home 48' (in 48 hours) gives the beneficiary who does not have the money instantly the possibility of moving immediately into the chosen property (within 48 hours) only paying a bond and a small monthly sum.
