Impact will assign EUR 160 million to the first phase of Greenfield II

Real estate developer Impact Bucureşti (IMP) will invest about EUR 160 million, in partnership with another investor, for the construction of over 1,900 appartments on a 17-hectar field in northern Bucharest.
The works will start during this year and will be completed in 2011, according to an announcement made by the company representatives on Wednesday.
The entire project covers a surface of 45.8 hectars and its estimated completion date is in 2014. In the capital, the developer has another ongoing project, Greenfield I, which includes five residential lots - Rubin, Topaz, Quartz, Onix and Blue -, with a total of 735 appartments and an investment of EUR 60-70 million.
During this year, the company will deliver over 500 homes, compared to over 400 units in 2007, according to Oana Trifu, Impact's manager for relationship with investors.
