In Greenfield, school and kindergarten have started

September 20, 2010

Every autumn cadets are counted... But this autumn is entirely special because, for the first time, in Greenfield was counted its cadets.

With coloured satchels, flowers, smiles and a lot of excitement, the Little London School with I-VIII grades opened its gates in the new premises within the Greenfield Complex, with a surface of 900 built-in sqm, its own parking lot, a 1,500 sqm garden that also includes a sports field of 800 sqm and 15 classrooms, laboratories, library, media center, recreation premises, cafeteria, gymnastics hall and medical cabinet. "I am delighted by the final result, as more as my 2 childrens are both signed up to the Little London School. I have the contentment and satisfaction that I offer them the possibility to learn to the ideal school that I wished for them", declared Florin Segarceanu, one of the founders and main investors in the development of the school. Little London offers a model of a "new" school that innovates at the level of methods and principles, being inspired by the British learning.

Also, the pre-school little ones gathered, in emotion, in their "club" in Greenfield - in villa RU 18. The "Clubul Piticilor" Kindergarten welcomed them with the sun in the windows and with fresh, clean forest air, with educative games, with colored toys, pencils and drawing boards, fairy tales and thousands of poems and songs in Romanian and in English. There are, in addition, swimming, dance, music, tennis and foreign languages classes in an intensive system.
