Moreover, if five people decide to purchase each a single or an apartment during the real estate fair tIMOn, they receive discounts of up to 10,800 euro which they split as they consider fit or they invest it in fitting out the apartments and the block stairs to their taste. If 20 friends are gathered, the discount may be a true jackpot of 88,000 euro which the "leader" of the group may split as it considers fit!
