IMPACT Developer&Contractor participates in the biggest real estates fair in Europe

IMPACT Developer&Contractor will participate in the biggest real estates fair - SIMA. Last year's experience, the 150,000-strong attendance and the participation of 61 countries prove that SIMA 2008 is one of the biggest real estates events organized on an European level, gathering the most prestigious companies. For this year, the organizers expect over 160,000 visitors.
During the fair, IMPACT Developer&Contractor will promote two projects. Both of them are part of Greenfield, well-known as the second project in size developed in Bucharest. Quartz is built on a surface of 24,932 sqm, with appartments in 9 villas with three and four floors, and will be located in the Northern area of the capital.
The second project will be located in the Southern area of the Greenfield project and will cover 42,000 sqm, that will include 735 underground parking places and an entertainment area. "At the same time, at SIMA 2008 we will introduce the biggest mixed real estate project developed by IMPACT Developer&Contractor in North-Western Romania, in the town of Cluj-Napoca. The lot will cover an area of 1,788,900 sqm and will include 5,700 homes (3,200 villas and 2,500 appartments).
The works will start during this year, and the completion deadline was established for 2013 for the residential part. "The project will have all the facilties, providing the inhabitants with various options for leisure and entertainment", according to Dan Grigore, international sales manager with IMPACT Developer&Contractor.
He adds that "we consider SIMA as the most important real estate event where we have our own booth, and we want to present the visitors with projects that they can access directly through us, thus facilitating the entire home buying process, either for residential or for investment purposes". During the fair, IMPACT Developer&Contractor provides a 4% discount for the purchase of 12 real estate units.
SIMA gathers many exhibitors from the international real estate market, including developers, builders, banks, famous real estate agencies and architecture companies.
