IMPACT facilitates the customers to access the 'First House' Program by 'forward' transaction.

The new solutions are addressed both to those are interested in purchasing the first dwelling and to those who are already owning a house and are interested in selling it directly by the "First House" Program.

While waiting for the details suggested by the Government for the "First House" Program, IMPACT Developer & Contractor (IMPACT SA) is launching two new dwelling solutions addressed to those who may benefit from the opportunities of the "First House" Program.

"By these new dwelling solutions we compress time and we address both those interested in purchasing their first house, and those interested to purchase a second house, benefiting in fact from an extension of the "First House" Program. Thus, for families falling in the second category, we speed up the process for the sale of the old house to those who have never held a house and are eligible for the "First House", without charge other fees for sale/intermediary", stated Carmen Săndulescu, IMPACT Developer & Contractor CFO.

The two new solutions are thought to save time and provide additional facilities, such as: the possibility to move in the new house within 48 hours making the payment within 9 months at the most, house booking for a period longer than the standard one and qualified assistance for a faster access to mortgage.

For those who are involved, the new solutions compensates the generated consequences during the entire period in which the applicants are waiting for the compliance with the qualification and crediting formalities. These solutions meet the demands of the clients that are purchasing the first or second house, as follows:

"First House90" (Reservation of the house for up to 90 days), provides safety of the choice and secure zero repayment risk. This means the possibility to make the reservation of the wanted dwelling for up to 90 days (three times more than the standard period), which matches with the duration of time necessary for getting the qualification and the approval of the loan file for the first house. Thus, the Beneficiary does not risk to lose the selected dwelling and, moreover, at the moment of payment, he/she will only pay 85% out of its catalogue value. The solution has no risk (0) as, if the loan file is denied or the transaction cannot be achieved, the warranty is returned.

"First House 48" (First House in 48 hours) - provides to the beneficiary who doesn't have money the possibility to immediately move (within 48 hours at the most) in the house selected from those available, paying only a liability and a a low monthly fee, instead to buy the house. The customer has 9 months to get the amount needed (for the first house by the "First House" Program or for those interested in a second house by saling to a third party that benefits from the "First House" program). Then, the final payment will be effected without any interests or additional costs. Considering that both the liability, and the value of the rents paid is entirely converted into advance payment at the moment of the acquisition, it can be inferred that during the 9 months, the beneficiary will live in a new house without paying rent or interest. Also, he may benefit at the moment of the acquisition by a decrease in discount, according to the date of the entire payment.

IMPACT Developer & Contractor (IMPACT) registered in May 2009, 18 transactions with a total value of 8.6 million lei (VAT included), thus exceeding, for the first time this year, the results related to the same period of 2008, (May 2008), when transactions in amount of 1 million lei (VAT included) had been concluded. "Of the total units purchased, about 55 % have been contracted using the dwelling financial solutions provided by IMPACT, which show that the values of the dwellings, along with the flexibility of the financial solutions were the key factors in customers interest increase", added Carmen Sandulescu.
