The Ordinary General Meeting that followed to take place on the date of 6th of August 2010 and had been called on the date of 1st of July 2010 by the Board of Directors of Impact Developer & Contractor SA will not take place anymore.
SC IMPACT DEVELOPER & CONTRACTOR SA, with its headquarters in Voluntari, 4C, Pipera-Tunari Road, Construdava Business Center, fl. 6, 7, Ilfov county, registered with the O.R.C. from T.M.B. under no. J 23/1927/2006, C.I.F. RO 1553483;
Whereas:
By the Commercial Sentence no. 5061 as of 08 July 2010 the Bucharest Tribunal disposed the opening of the insolvency procedure towards the underwrittem and appointed a judicial administrator;
The judicial administrator is the only one that, in accordance with Law no. 85/2006, art.20 let. g, may call the General Assembly of Shareholders;
For the recourse formulated by the company against the Commercial Sentence no. 5061 as of 08 July 2010, the Bucharest Court of Appeal has not established a judgment term;
The provisional suspension of the Commercial Sentence with the above number requested by the company has the judgment term established by the Bucharest Court of Appeal on 11th of August 2010
ANNOUNCES:
The Ordinary General Meeting that followed to take place on the date of 6th of August 2010 and had been called on the date of 1st of July 2010 by the Board of Directors of Impact Developer & Contractor SA will not take place anymore.
The Board of Directors of Impact Developer & Contractor SA will recall, after its recoming into the usual prerogatives, a General Assembly with the same agenda as the one that had been established for the meeting as of 06 (07).08.2010.
