The number of contracts signed at 9 months is equal to the whole year 2010!

IMPACT Developer & Contractor (IMPACT) has concluded during the first nine months of 2011 a total of 117 contracts for dwellings, almost the same to the 118 contracts throughout the year 2010.
Additionally, during the first three quarters of 2011, IMPACT signed contracts and pre-contracts for the sale of land plots for construction of individual houses, for a total area of about 5,500 sqm.
Analyzing the contracts signed by Impact, we can see a new orientation of clients to lower investment (the preference to leases with purchasing option and also investment in two phases - the acquisition of land followed by construction of individual houses), caused by the difficult current economic conditions. More precisely, out of the 117 housing contracts signed, 53% are rental contracts and 47% are purchasing contracts.
"Increasing the volume contracted after three quarters is a tangible sign of the real need for housing solutions, but the investment orientation of beneficiaries is to put now a less pressure on family budgets," said Carmen Sandulescu, Executive Director of Impact Developer & Contractor.
The fact that the company offered resized products, with a high flexibility degree and adapted to the current market, led to a growth of the contracted volume over the same period of last year.
New products launched in the summer of 2011 - "Kaleidoscope House " 3 in 1 and "Active Home" energy independent house - have been added to the financial products like Max Home and Upgrade Advantage, which allows customers to pay the dwellings in installments up to 10 years.
Readjusted strategy of the company for the remaining 2011 period and 2012 mainly focuses on the following areas:
- The use of assets (land and buildings valued at over RON 145 million by specialized valuation companies) by selling, renting or form partnerships at project level;
- The use of the company experience in the design and management of the compound shared assets (utility networks, social networks, compound networks)
- The increase the income from services such as redesign, sales and management of the real estate assets of the third parties.
The disclosure of sales in the first 3 quarters, the company's results at 6 months and the readjusted strategy take place on 6th October 2011, according with financial schedule posted at Bucharest Stock Exchange.
