IMPACT Company introduced the concept of "residential compound" in Romania and it accomplished by now 16 residential areas, over 2,000 dwellings delivered, houses and apartments. All of these, together with 100 distincions obtained and with the financial evolution, demonstrate the stability and the quality of the company's activity. In 2011 IMPACT aims to make partnerships with various operators / investors for the best possible use of land and buildings portfolio. IMPACT also aims to enter into partnerships to develop the second phase of the Greenfield project and a health care center in the north of Bucharest, as well as conducting feasibility studies for developing a technological park and an amusement park in western Bucharest in order to attract financial and strategic partners to develop these objectives.
