Investment Opportunities

In 2011 IMPACT aims to make partnerships with various operators / investors for the best possible use of land and buildings portfolio. IMPACT also aims to enter into partnerships to develop the second phase of the Greenfield project and a health care center in the north of Bucharest, as well as conducting feasibility studies for developing a technological park and an amusement park in western Bucharest in order to attract financial and strategic partners to develop these objectives.
