Bucharest World of Adventures Park

Located in the west of the Bucharest between two major city boulevards, and very close connected with the Bucharest Ring Road, the Bucharest World of Adventures Park will spread over an area of about 26 ha, and will be the first big amusement park from Romania.

The Bucharest World of Adventures Park is designed with fun attraction for both warm and cold seasons and will represent a main tourist objective of the Bucharest.

The fun attractions of the park included two roller coasters, a free fall tower, a planetarium and space simulation studios, an aquatic park, some aqua rides for the warm season and many others rides and fun attractions. Also the park includes a multipurpose concerts' hall, circus and any other leisure and shopping facilities.

The design of the park groups the objective for the summer activities from the rest objectives of the park and makes easy to manage it, and in the same time, offers a full year attractions, with a high seasonality during the warm season.

Being a main tourist objective for the Bucharest, the amusement park will also include accommodation facilities like a spacious hotel, restaurants and coffee shops, an outlet shopping centre, many small commercial places, and a lot of bus and cars parking.

The catchment area for 90 minutes driving is about 3.5m people, while for 150 minutes driving, the catchment area rise to almost 6.0m people;

It is expected for an average of about 1.4m yearly visitors and over 0.8m visitors in the first operating year.

The monthly allocated budget for leisure is, for the vast majority (58.35%) of respondents, ranging between 100 and 500 RON (USD150 - 300), while 3% of them-allocated more than 1,000 RON (USD300) per month.

The estimated average entrance ticket for a family represents almost 7% from yearly average family leisure budget and up to 0.6% from yearly medium family income.
