Future Projects

Business Support Centre is located in Greenfield project, in North of Bucharest - Baneasa Forest, close to the crossroad of the National Highway 1 (DN1) and the Bucharest belt road and between the 2 airports (the Otopeni Airport and Baneasa Airport).

The building of the "Business Support Centre Greenfield 2" will have a height regime of 2B+GF+5F and will offer as facilities office premises with a rentable surface of over 5,700 sqm, a conference room that may be divided according to the necessities, a dining hall, 5 meeting halls placed on each level, 92 underground parking places and 31 above ground parking places. The Built Area of the building is of approximately 11,000 sqm.

Ranged within the Class B office buildings, the building offers as a main element of energetic effectiveness an eco-effective heating and ventilation system, the tri-generation equipments allowing, along the production of the thermal energy necessary for the heating and supply of household hot water, also the production of electric energy.

The companies hosted in "BUSINESS SUPPORT CENTER" will benefit of an attractive price for the rented office premises. Along the basic services characteristic to the office premises in the business centre (access to utilities, access to own parking places, cleaning, controlled access and building security), the hosted companies will also benefit of a free of charge package of support services for the operative activity:
• Use of meeting halls placed on each level of the building;
• Use of feeding facilities (dining hall);
• Reception and mail collection and distribution service;
• Promotion of hosted companies on the web portal of the centre;
• Access to broadband network;
• Use of copy/scan/printing centre;
• Parking places for visitors.

The hosted companies will benefit of free help - desk-type assistance services, offered by our own personnel, for the financial, legal, IT and marketing fields.

At least three companies out of those hosted will be selected in order to offer financial, legal and IT&C consultancy services to the other hosted companies.

The project will be started in 2011 and it will be completed in 2013.
