Professional investors relations have gained a high priority at Impact for the past years. Wishing to establish solid and long-term relationships with the company shareholders, a transparency policy has been adopted, based on dialogue.
This function reports directly to the Chief Financial Officer, but its work is also integrated closely with the Marketing and Communication Department. The goal of our investors relation activities is to provide a true and fair value of the company, and thereby facilitate a correct valuation of Impacts's shares. The Impact website represents an important communications tool, and provides a wide range of information of the company as well as downloads of financial situations, financial calendar, the annual report, the reporting to the BSE, the information about the annual Capital Market Day event. All the information that can influence the course of the actions of Impact Developer&Contractor are the object of the BVB preliminary agreement, CNVM information and dissemination in the mass-media, under the form of press releases which can be immediately consulted on this site.
The financial communication is based on certain principles: immediate availability of the information and the equal access to this information for all the shareholders, transparency and coherence of the supplied information, meeting the deadlines concerning the publication of results.
The Managing Board and the investors relations team met hundreads of investors in 2009, and discussed with them about the company, its developments and its strategy.
During last year Impact was covered by 5 analysts: KBC Securities, Wood & Co, Unicredit CAIB, ING Securities and BRD Securities.
