Despite the economic problems of Romania caused by global economic crisis (the crisis that led to the destabilization of real estate market among others), for 2011 IMPACT has set targets by which to respond effectively to market needs, customers and partners. The company optimism over the market and over the relationship with customers is given by the diversification of real estate and financial services offered, and in this way is obtained an answer for difficult access to financing sources, and for customer expectations of quality habitat.
The proposed offer of the company for 2011 is a complete and complex one, offering a wide range of products: from developed land (or undeveloped land), finished and unfinished houses and apartments, buildings with reconfigurable areas for offered products for sale of the design stage.
To increase the quality of services offered in completed residential compounds and for the land owned, in 2011 IMPACT aims to make partnerships with various operators / investors for the best possible use of land and buildings portfolio. IMPACT also aims to enter into partnerships to develop the second phase of the Greenfield project and a health care center in the north of Bucharest, as well as conducting feasibility studies for developing a technological park and an amusement park in western Bucharest in order to attract financial and strategic partners to develop these objectives.
In the second half of 2011, IMPACT will begin the construction of Business Support Center - Class B office building, which will be developed in the Greenfield neighborhood.
