The funds obtained from the private placement are planned to be used by Impact to finance its business development. The strategy for the next 6 years aims at developing residential constructions of 1.25 million sq m.
The company currently owns over 73 hectares of land in Bucharest, Constanta and Iasi, on which it simultaneously develops 6 projects:
- GREENFIELD Baneasa in Bucharest
- GREENFIELD West in Bucharest
- LUXURIA Expozitiei in Bucharest
- LUXURIA Verdi Park in Bucharest
- BOREAL Plus in Constanta
- GREENFIELD Copou in Iasi.
IMPACT EPRA NRV grew significantly by RON 150 million (from RON 818 million as of 31.12.2019 to RON 968 million as of 30.09.2021) with EPRA NRV/share appreciating by 17% from RON 0.52 share to RON 0.61/share in the 31.12.2019-30.09.2021 period.
