Our mission to make a positive impact on people's lives is complemented by social responsibility initiatives. We stand by each created community, we listen to and respect their needs and, through various actions, we try to build a better world and have a positive impact on society.
Development of large neighborhoods, with integrated infrastructure and facilities
We develop large compounds, sometimes in new areas of cities, which we conceive to function as a neighborhood or mini-city, with all the infrastructure of roads and utilities and facilities integrated. All this is 100% our investment, which we expand with the growth of the neighborhoods, for the benefit of developed communities and the inhabitants of the cities they are part of.

Urban planning certificate for kindergarten in Boreal Plus
As a creator of sustainable communities, we capitalize on every opportunity that can benefit the community, from transportation to education. We actively invest in such projects and collaborate with local authorities. In the last 10 years, we have donated over 5.2 million euro to carry out valuable projects for communities.
Education
State school and kindergarten in the GREENFIELD Băneasa neighborhood, under construction. The value of the donation: 1.75 million euros, representing the land and the project.
Public transport
STB terminal in GREENFIELD Băneasa, functional. The value of the donation: 750,000 euro, representing the land and the project for it.
Infrastructure
6,000 sqm land in compensation for the forest fund, so that Vadul Moldovei Street returns to the status of public road. The value of the donation: 1.8 million euros.
Infrastructure
Roundabout completed in Constanta. The value of the donation: over 450,000 euro, representing the investment in public road infrastructure.
Tradition and values
Church in the GREENFIELD Băneasa neighborhood, in the process of authorization. The value of the donation: 500,000 euro, representing the land for the new place of worship.
The development of large communities entails the responsibility of involvement in their lives, through education and volunteering projects, actions that carry forward important values for society, such as caring for the environment, a healthy lifestyle, the need to maintain our physical condition, the benefits of parent-child activities, outdoor exercise, the importance of the quality of the air we breathe and solutions for improving it.
Greening projects
The forest protects us and takes care of us, instead, we have a moral duty to protect it and pass it on to future generations at least as we received it.
We plant a tree for each apartment built. So far, we have planted more than 3,500 trees.

We participate every year in the cleaning events held in the Baneasa Forest, initiated by us or by residents. We are proud of the largest plogging event in Romania, organized in 2019 - "Clean & Run", where we collected over 500 kg of waste

Educational projects
Through the actions we carry out, we try to make communities aware of the nature around them, to know it and to understand the impact they can have on it, as well as the need to protect it.

We promote an active and healthy lifestyle, encourage outdoor movement and support sports.
Over time, we have supported numerous sports competitions such as Băneasa Forest Run, Băneasa Race, Bucharest Half Marathon and GREENFIELD DUO CHALLENGE, a duathlon sports competition held together with Road Grand Tour.
Since 2022, we have been supporting, as the main sponsor, the Sports Festival, a multisport event that takes place in Iași – one edition per year and in Bucharest – 2 annual editions, in GREENFIELD Băneasa.

Community Events
Out of the desire to carry on Romanian customs, in a constantly changing society, we periodically organize activities to preserve and promote traditions. We actively contribute to the formation of a community with principles and values, starting with the smallest residents in the compounds we develop.
We believe in the power of example in the process of training the young generation, which is why we organize cultural and entertainment activities on the occasion of Christmas and Easter. The most appreciated events dedicated to communities are those during the winter holidays, organized in GREENFIELD Băneasa and Luxuria Residence.
