
IMPACT raises 3 million euro and successfully concludes bond issuance
IMPACT Developer & Contractor (ticker symbol IMP) successfully concludes the public offering for sale of euro-denominated bonds (IMP27E), with a maturity of three years. Within the offer, 76,422 bonds were subscribed, totalling 7,642,200 euro. The number of bonds actually allocated is 30,000, totalling 3 million euro. The offer took place between February 12 and 23, 2024 and was intermediated by TradeVille.
The bonds bear an annual nominal fixed interest rate of 9%, payable half-yearly. The allocation index is 0.4348330241. The allocation will be made only for subscriptions made at the interest rate of 9% / year, respectively for 68,992 subscribed bonds.
IMPACT is the first real estate developer in Romania listed on the Bucharest Stock Exchange in 1996. During the uninterrupted listing, the company attracted total financing of over 130 million euro. Of this figure, 40 million euro was raised through bond issues, with all coupons and borrowed amounts being repaid on time and in full.
