IMPACT receives “The Most Sustainable Residential Project - LUXURIA Residence” award

We accepted with great joy the award "The Most Sustainable Residential Project - LUXURIA Residence" offered at the Realty Forum 2022, organized by the prestigious publication Business Review.

LUXURIA is the first residential compound in Bucharest designed to obtain the BREEAM Excellent certification, the most important method of assessing sustainability for building and infrastructure projects.

The complex certification process recognizes the value of the project throughout the built life cycle, assessing the sustainability of project solutions for a number of categories: energy, health and welfare, innovation, land use, materials, construction management, pollution, transportation, water management and waste. The most important factors assessed are the integrated design in the environment, the reduction of carbon emissions, the sustainability and resilience of projects, low energy consumption, adaptation to climate change, protection of the environment and biodiversity.

We are honored by the award received at the Realy Forum as it is an important recognition of IMPACT's efforts to provide generations of anger with a better future through the development of sustainable communities.
