A new large-scale residential project, developed by Impact, in Constanța

Bucharest, 28.04.2020: Impact returns with strong will on Constanta market and starts the works on Boreal Plus project. The new complex will be developed on a plot of land with an area of ​​4 ha located in the north of the city, in Palazu Mare, one of the best rated residential areas of Constanța. The project will deliver 693 premium homes, villas and apartments on the market and will be built in 3 phases, carried out over a period of 3 years (2020 - 2023). The market value of the project is 61.6 million €.

Boreal Plus is an extension of the already known Boreal neighborhood, the first residential project that the developer delivered in Constanța (2010) and it is positioned on the medium-high segment, targeting people with above average and high income. The ensemble will include 4 individual villas and 14 connected to the heel, together with 9 blocks with a maximum height regime GF + 11F.

The individual villas have a built area of ​​170 sqm and those connected to the heel have an area of ​​167 sqm. They present modern compartmentalization, which differentiates the rest area from that of daily activities. For extra harmony with the natural environment, each house has land for green space, with areas from 315 sqm to 458 sqm. The construction works for the villas are advancing rapidly, the resistance structure being already completed. The units can be pre-contracted starting May 2020 and will be delivered in September. The sale price of a villa starts from 291,000 € (VAT included).

The 9 blocks, which are in the authorization phase, will be developed in 3 stages: the first 3 blocks with 210 apartments will be delivered in 2021, 2 blocks with 133 apartments in 2022 and the last 4 blocks with 332 apartments in 2023. Out of the total of 675 apartments, 227 will be studios, 342 will be 2-room apartments and 106 will be 3-room apartments. The homes are well sized and compartmentalized and benefit from a panoramic view of Siutghiol Lake, which adds elegance and comfort for an exclusive life near the Romanian coast. The complex will also have 811 parking spaces, of which 289 spaces will be arranged in a multi-storey car park, with GF + 4F height that will be built in the first stage.
