IMPACT builds three additional access roads to the GREENFIELD Baneasa neighborhood

Bucharest, 21st of October, 2025: IMPACT Developer & Contractor, the real estate developer with 34 years of experience on the Romanian market, continues the development of the infrastructure of the GREENFIELD Baneasa neighborhood in the north of the Capital and signs design and execution contracts for three additional access roads to the compound. The total value of the investment amounts to over 2 million euro, an amount fully borne by the developer. The works on the new access roads will start immediately after obtaining the building permits.

The first access road involves the arrangement of the intersection of Teisani Alley and the DN1 slip road and the intersection of the DN1 slip road with the Bucharest ring road. For the implementation of this solution, IMPACT acquired a 1,000 sqm plot of land.

For the second access road, IMPACT will build a connecting artery between Teisani Alley and Odai Road next to the Hobanat Bridge, on a land owned by the developer. As the artery will cross the railway, this involves complex works, including the automation of the railway crossing.

The third access road involves the arrangement of the intersection of Platanilor Boulevard – Teisani Alley, with the role of streamlining traffic and facilitating the exit through Platanilor Boulevard for the residents of the neighborhood.

The three additional access roads in the GREENFIELD Baneasa neighborhood are taking concrete steps, following our continuous efforts to develop the infrastructure within the compound and provide residents with a healthy, balanced, modern and sustainable lifestyle. These are in addition to the more than 18 kilometers of roads that we have developed in the neighborhood over time, the entire utility infrastructure, but also the commercial, educational and leisure facilities that we have built or contributed to in recent years. We continue to invest in this neighborhood, for the good of the community of over 7,000 inhabitants and we appreciate the support of the authorities in these efforts.”, said Dan Sebastian Campeanu, CEO IMPACT Developer & Contractor.

Last year, IMPACT invested about one million euro in a new road in the GREENFIELD Baneasa neighborhood, which connects Padurea Pustnicu Road, a public road that delimits the residential complex to the south, and Platanilor Boulevard, an inland road. With an area of 3,000 square meters, sidewalks and two lanes in each direction, separated by a median green space, this artery streamlines traffic and facilitates the access of all residents in the neighborhood to Greenfield Plaza and the Wellness Club, as well as to the public school and kindergarten under development.

GREENFIELD Baneasa is a large residential project with over 6,400 homes and over 15,000 inhabitants at its completion in 2034, located in Sector 1 of the Capital, built sustainably for a better urban future. The project is in the fourth phase of development of the six planned. Since 2007, the year of the start of the works for the first phase of development, until now, GREENFIELD Baneasa has experienced a sustainable development, bringing new infrastructure and new facilities to the community: two private parks, numerous green spaces, playgrounds, convenience stores, the Avenor campus with kindergarten, school and high school, the GREENFIELD Plaza shopping center and the Wellness Club by Greenfield sports center, public transport and STB terminal. As the project advances and approaches maturity, other new facilities are added such as a state school and kindergarten, church, nursery, infrastructure and new access roads.
