IMPACT Developer & Contractor is expanding the service infrastructure in GREENFIELD Băneasa with the opening of a Dr. Max pharmacy

Bucharest, XX May 2026: IMPACT Developer & Contractor is expanding its range of local services in GREENFIELD Băneasa with the opening of a Dr. Max pharmacy. The pharmacy occupies a 103-square-meter space on the ground floor of one of the recently completed apartment buildings in Phase IV of the neighborhood, located at 31-41 Pădurea Mogoșoaia Road, Building Tei 12.

The new store complements the range of services available to residents of GREENFIELD Băneasa and communities in the northern part of the capital. With the addition of the Dr. Max pharmacy to the neighborhood, residents now have easier access to healthcare products, dietary supplements, skincare products, and Click & Collect order pickup. They can also benefit from recommendations from healthcare specialists, as well as the dispensing of subsidized and free prescriptions, as the pharmacy operates under contract with the Bucharest Health Insurance Fund.

The pharmacy serves both GREENFIELD residents and the communities in the Băneasa area. It is open Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. and Saturday from 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
