"Over time, we have supported a healthy lifestyle and had multiple initiatives to educate the general public, the Greenfield community and educate children. Plogging and planting events, birdwatching sessions and the construction of bird houses in Băneasa Forest prove the involvement in non-formal education and social responsibility. And because the time has come to do more for education, with the support and acceptance of the City Hall and the Local Council of District 1, we managed to donate this land on which will be built kindergarten and school, which will benefit all those who live in north, especially in the vicinity of the Greenfield neighborhood. It is an important step for us and we hope that the initiative will be appreciated and, why not, to inspire others, because educational institutions closer to home contribute to a high standard of quality of life," said Sorin Apostol, CEO to Impact Developer & Contractor.

The advantages that the two educational centers bring are: reduced travel time to school and kindergarten for nearby residents, reduction of pollution, the possibility of prolonged sleep in the morning and a plus for children, in terms of fresh air.
