Impact Developer & Contractor received the building permit for 5 blocks of flats in Boreal Plus project in Constanța

Impact Developer & Contractor, the only real estate developer in Romania listed on the stock exchange, announces the obtaining of the building permit for 341 apartments, 450 sqm of commercial spaces and 427 parking spaces in Boreal Plus residential compound in Constanța.

Located in one of the best rated residential areas of Constanța, in Palazu Mare, Boreal Plus residential compound includes a total of 691 homes, of which 673 apartments, in 9 blocks, and 18 luxury villas.

The 5 blocks, with a height regime of GF +8F+Technical floor and GF+11F+technical floor, will include 341 studio apartments, with 2 and 3 rooms, with an estimated delivery time in the first part of 2022. Boreal Plus passes into the second phase of development of the project, after in the first part of the year, the begining of the construction works of the 18 villas in the project began, representing the first phase of development.

Boreal Plus will be built in four stages, on a plot of 64,440 square meters, and the location benefits from easy access to the beach and transport infrastructure, as well as a kindergarten, hypermarket, playground for children, with sports field and commercial spaces. The neighborhood is located near DN2A, only 15 minutes away from the center of Constanta, but also from the A4 motorway.
