IMPACT received for the fifth consecutive year the highest score for communication with investors

IMPACT Developer & Contractor received for the fifth consecutive time the maximum score for investor communication, according to the VEKTOR indicator for the regulated market. Conducted by ARIR – Romanian Association for Investor Relations, the evaluation consists of the analysis of 10 criteria of transparency, corporate governance and proactivity in communication with investors.

The maximum score for communication with investors comes as a result of the fulfillment of all 10 objective criteria, including the least respected, such as access for investors to teleconferences, publication of the audio-video recording or transcript in bilingual format for teleconferences to present financial results, organization of at least one annual event to present the company to investors or participation in an event for investors organized by a third party.
