Record sales for GREENFIELD Baneasa in October

Bucharest, November 7, 2024: IMPACT Developer & Contractor S.A. (stock symbol IMP), the first real estate developer listed on the Bucharest Stock Exchange, started the last quarter of the year with record sales. In October, the developer traded 73 units in the GREENFIELD Baneasa compound, with a value of 8,021,848 euro. This represents a monthly maximum in the last 5 years, which confirms the increased attractiveness of the neighborhood located in District 1, Bucharest.

2-room apartments were in the top of buyers' preferences, accounting for 50% of the units traded, followed by studios (33%) and 3-room apartments (17%). The units sold are in the new phase of development of the neighborhood, in which 732 apartments are ready to welcome their owners.

With modern apartments, built to BREEAM Excellent quality and sustainability standards, close to nature and with modern urban facilities, GREENFIELD Baneasa attracts more and more buyers.

GREENFIELD Baneasa is a large-scale residential project with over 7,000 homes and over 17,000 inhabitants at its completion in 2028, located in Dstrict 1 of the Capital, built sustainably for a better urban future. The project is in the fourth phase of development out of the 6 planned.
