Since 1997, we have successfully developed a series of residential projects in the northern area of the capital, thus becoming one of the most visible real estate developers in Bucharest. Between 1997 and 2010, we developed and sold 11 residential complexes in the northern area of the capital, with over 1,000 villas. To these is added the Roua project in Ploiesti, with 38 villas built and sold. In total, over 3,500 inhabitants live in these compounds.

In 2004 we entered the office market with the first class A office building in the Băneasa – Pipera area, called Construdava Business Center. The building has 11 levels, 13,236 sqm of built area, 5 elevators, conference rooms, restaurant, underground and above-ground parking spaces, secure access, electronic tracking and warning systems. Located in the North of Bucharest, just 20 minutes from Victoriei Square, 15 minutes from Henri Coandă Airport, 10 minutes from Pipera metro station, Construdava offers an overview of the entire residential area of Băneasa. The project was completed in 2006 and sold in 2007.

As part of the national expansion strategy, in 2004 we started the development of the Boreal residential compound in Constanta. Located on Tomis Boulevard, only 15 minutes away from the city center, with access to DN Constanța-Ovidiu and the highway, the neighborhood covers 65,000 sqm and includes 150 sold villas.

Oradea is the third city in which we have expanded, through the development of two residential compounds between 2004 and 2008: Europa District and Blume Residenz. Excellently located right in the city, 10 minutes from the center, close to the Real, to any point of interest (schools, kindergartens, restaurants), the Europa neighborhood with its 300 fully sold villas is a reference complex in Oradea. Located in one of the most exclusive areas of Oradea, Blume Residenz covers 2 hectares, near the Municipal Swimming Pool and the Olympic Pool, just 5 minutes from the city center.
