Reducing the carbon footprint

We strive to minimize the impact on the environment from the construction stage, through efficient waste management, as well as after completion, through selective waste collection. We replaced one of the main polluters, apartment heating plants, with central heating system long before they became mandatory, thus reducing pollution in the developed compounds. We use sustainable building materials that reduce carbon dioxide emissions, as well as paints with a low content of pollutants.

Increasing energy efficiency

To increase energy efficiency, we use high-performance thermal insulation, environmentally friendly electrical and lighting equipment and intelligent automation in all our projects. They lead to a reduction in maintenance costs and the use of natural resources.

Use of renewable sources

Extremely valuable for a green future, renewable energy sources have been at the heart of our concerns since before the application of the nZEB standard. We have included and will continue to include in our projects:

  • Photovoltaic panels – Greenfield PLAZA, GREENFIELD Copou, ARIA Verdi
  • Solar panels – BOREAL Plus, Greenfield PLAZA, GREENFIELD Copou

Development of extensive green spaces

Green spaces are of great importance for the health and well-being of residents, as well as for a sustainable urban environment. We believe that we have a duty to build in harmony with the environment, which is why extensive green spaces occupy a central place in our developments. We invest in landscaping and work with professionals to create a natural environment as pleasant as possible within the compounds.

GREENFIELD Băneasa will have over 180,000 sqm of green spaces upon completion, which include private parks, promenade alleys, recreation places, playgrounds for children, playgrounds for animals.

LUXURIA Residence has 9,650 sqm of green spaces, over 40% of the total area of the land on which the compound is developed. These include private parks with street furniture and artesian fountains and gardens.

GREENFIELD Copou will have about 15,000 sqm of green spaces, which include private parks, promenade alleys, recreation places, playgrounds.

ARIA Verdi will have about 7,000 sqm of green spaces, with private parks, promenade alleys and recreation places.

Sustainable mobility

In the development of our projects, we take into account sustainable mobility, in order to reduce the impact on the environment. Sustainable mobility solutions include: easy access to public transport, charging stations for electric vehicles, bicycle infrastructure.

In 2021, in order to align with the principles of sustainability, we replaced the company's traditional fleet of cars with electric cars.
