Record participation at the Greenfield Sports Festival, supported by IMPACT

IMPACT Developer & Contractor strengthens its commitment to community and social responsibility by supporting the seventh edition of the Sports Festival. The event, which has become a tradition, took place between 29th and 30th of March in the GREENFIELD Baneasa neighborhood, being the first spring edition. 

The success of previous editions led to a record number of participants in the spring edition: over 2,000 adults and children enjoyed individual or family sports events. These consisted of trail running (5, 11 and 21 km), speed running (1 km), sports orienteering, children's race, mountain biking and swimming. 

As the main sponsor of the festival, IMPACT provided the venue for the event. The parking lot of the Greenfield Plaza shopping center hosted the festival’s relaxation, warm-up and awards area, with multiple surprises for participants, including a photo booth and over 700 prizes provided by IMPACT. The orienteering, running and mountain bike events took place in the GREENFIELD Baneasa neighborhood and in Baneasa Forest, and the swimming competition took place in the semi-olympic pool of Wellness Club by Greenfield, the neighborhood’s sports and relaxation club.
