RCTI Company is a major player in the construction market, whose majority shareholding was acquired by IMPACT Developer & Contractor in 2022.

The company originating from Brasov experienced rapid development, having expertise in areas such as technical design, technical consultancy and installation of air conditioning, heating, ventilation and refrigeration systems, the design of sewage and water supply systems and building automation systems.

Prior to the integration into the IMPACT group, RCTI Company carried out extensive construction works in general undertaking system in GREENFIELD Baneasa compound, proving that the company has the ability to deliver large-scale projects at the highest quality standards.

Bergamot Developments SRL and Bergamot Developments Phase II SRL are the companies through which IMPACT developed LUXURIA Residence, the first residential development with BREEAM Excellent certification in Bucharest.

LUXURIA Residence is located in the Expozitiei area of Bucharest. It includes 9 buildings with 630 apartments, 9,650 sqm of green spaces, 2 parks with urban furniture and an artesian fountain, children's playground, fitness centre equipped with state-of-the-art equipment, a private lounge and underground parking.

The BREEAM Excellent certification of the compound developed by the companies Bergamot Developments and Bergamot Developments Phase II attests to the quality and durability of the materials used, the performance of the technical solutions chosen in terms of energy efficiency and sustainability.

Greenfield Copou Residence SRL and Greenfield Copou Residence Phase II SRL are the two companies through which the IMPACT group develops the largest sustainable residential project in Moldova region - GREENFIELD Copou in Iasi.

The entire project developed by these companies will include 1,062 apartments, 1,162 underground parking spaces, 300 square meters of commercial space, kindergarten and after school, as well as 15,000 square meters of landscaped green spaces inside the compound.

Located in an area with strong cultural significance of Iași city, the project aims to become not only a large-scale residential compound, but a real community with a strong identity.

Spatzioo Management is the company that leases and manages the residential and commercial properties owned by IMPACT Developer & Contractor.
